This is 100% on me - I go through the source links and verify that they are working and are accurate, but I failed to consider that the sources in that particular story were all domestic. The story itself is accurate, but the hallucination of sourcing is, too. I will implement stricter safeguards on Claude going forward, but I must also do a better job of paying attention to where the story says the source is coming from and what the cheatsheet renders.
