Day 27 | Iran War & Beyond
The deadline moved. The Hormuz commander died. Two soldiers fell in Lebanon. The IAEA said a nuclear accident is possible.
① Trump extended the Iran deadline to April 6 — "at Iranian request." Iran hasn't confirmed that. Pakistan did confirm indirect talks are real.
② Israel killed the IRGC Navy commander who closed the Strait of Hormuz. He's dead. The Strait is still closed.
③ Two IDF soldiers killed in Lebanon Thursday. One Israeli civilian killed in Nahariya. Hezbollah fired 100+ rockets. The IDF says it's 15,000 soldiers short.
④ The UN nuclear watchdog warned that strikes near Iran's Bushehr reactor could cause a "major radiological accident affecting a large area in Iran and beyond."
⑤ At the G7, Germany said the Iran war is "a catastrophe" and "not our war." Trump said he doesn't know if the US will be there for NATO going forward.
⑥ The Gaza "ceasefire" has now seen 673 people killed. A seventh Palestinian was killed by settlers in the West Bank today. These wars didn't stop.
The rest of the world is watching. We translate it for you.
Faith in my government not hitting Bushehr is nonexistent, be it from incompetence or malice. Does Russia consider this nuclear facility sovereign property? If hit, would that require open intervention on Russia's part. Thank you.
Thank you
